  • 10u - Seeking Candidate

    Designed to help our young athletes develop the critical fundamentals in a competitive but supportive environment. We’re focused on teaching core softball skills—like hitting, fielding, throwing, and base running—while helping players understand the game and grow as teammates

  • 12u Green - Ryan Earnheart

    Our 12u Green program is an important step in a player’s development—it's a transition from foundational skills to more advanced, competitive play. Parents can expect; increased team commitment, faster gameplay and an increased competition level. Players are expected to begin 1×1 lessons with skills coaches

  • 12u Blue - Seeking Candidate

    Our 2nd year of 12u for our players is where the game starts to look and feel more like higher-level competition. Following the traits from their first year of 12u, our focus is to prepare our girls for the biggest jump they will face in travel softball; the transition from 12u to 14u.

  • 14u Green - Marissa Morris

    The first year of 14u is a major turning point for our athletes. The game becomes faster, more competitive, and more demanding, both mentally and physically. Athletes are expected to be attending 1×1 skills coaches. Pitchers and catchers are required to attend bi-weekly lessons (minimum). Players can expect a competitive environment focused on mental toughness, character building and NCAA preparation.

  • 16u Blue - Steve Simard

    Our second year 16u program is focused on all the details that make our softball players great! Everything from skill refinement, enhanced softball IQ but also learning how to balance school and sports as our athletes prepare for the transition to upperclassmen in high school.

Showcase Teams

  • 14u Select - Sarah Arburr

    Our 14u Select team is designed to support a pivotal period of player development, with a structured schedule that includes A-level tournaments. Players are also introduced to the showcase environment and provided with the NCAA guidance that lays the groundwork for future opportunities. This level of play is critical in preparing athletes for advancement to Premier, Gold or National level teams

  • 16u Premier - Rebecca Souza

    Athletes at this level compete in top-tier national and regional showcase events while receiving guidance on NCAA best practices and key recruiting timelines. The focus shifts to refining advanced skills, enhancing game intelligence ("Softball IQ"), and developing mental toughness. A high standard of dedication, discipline, and accountability is expected.

  • 18u Gold - Heather Patchell

    Players will compete in regional showcases and tournaments designed to maximize exposure to college scouts, all within a positive, team-first culture that emphasizes resilience and mental toughness. Athletes also receive support in navigating NCAA best practices and important recruiting milestones.

  • 18u National - Jeff Linsky Jr

    This team is built with athletes who embody a ‘next-level mentality,’ competing in elite showcases and high-exposure recruiting events. Players will receive personalized recruitment guidance, including social media guidance, while developing leadership skills that extend beyond the game.
