Jeff Linsky Jr.
Jeff brings more than 15 years of travel softball coaching experience and currently serves as President of Stars Fastpitch in Bristol, CT, as well as the Head Varsity Softball Coach at Bristol Central High School. His coaching approach is centered on developing complete, confident athletes through strong fundamentals, softball IQ, and an understanding of the game beyond the physical skills. Jeff specializes in defensive development, slapping and the short game, while placing a strong emphasis on team culture, leadership, accountability, and preparing athletes for the next level.

How do you get recruited?
Playing college softball isn't about attending one showcase and hoping the right coach happens to be watching. Recruiting is a process—and understanding that process matters.
Successful recruiting requires development, academics, communication, research, exposure and consistency.
Our goal at STARS is to educate our athletes and families on that process and provide the tools, resources and opportunities to help them navigate it.
